The Dellwood Country Club,the former 1920's estate of Hollywood Mogul Adolph Zukor, was in need of major renovations to attract new members. Designs included a new Entry Canopy, full renovation of the Entry Lobby/Lounge, Bar & Grill, Main Dining room, bathrooms, and Men’s and Women’s locker rooms. And pool facilities. An historic, 18 room guest house was included in the renovation plans.
